I hope you are all aware of Unica's Customer Central website. Customer Central has all the downloads and documentation associated with our products. If you are not using the NetInsight Knowledgebase, you are missing out! This is a protected website for clients who have a support agreement in place. if you need credentials, please email: cc_access@unica.com .

We also email a newsletter at the end of the month. Please let me know if you need to be added to the mailing list. Don't be scared; marketing is not involved!! The newsletter is content driven, with articles written by our engineers. I am trying to get customers(hopefully you guys) to contribute articles and reports. We'll be launching a contest for the best custom report this month. I am trying to get all of the content archived on Customer Central.

Wendy makes a valid point.

Do you see a need for best practices pertaining to the application, or for web analytics in general? I suspect both.

More good news! Unica is developing self paced web training for NetInsight; it will be free to customers. I expect this will become available in the next 90 days.

Please take a look at the new newsletter we will release this week. We are looking for report submissions from our users as part of a contest. I really think everyone wins if we get participation. This will encourage dialogue and allow users to network. Please enter a report!!

Hi Dave,

Thanks for joining. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like the knowledgebase has any materials beyond that found in the user manuals. I am encouraged by the new Tips and Tricks sections but it is tough to find much material on getting the most out of NetInsight. We hope to use this forum as a way to help each other on best practices and ways to get conquer our challenges. It would be great if you could let us know of new whitepapers, videos, or other materials.
