We are interested in reporting on the number of users (not visitors). It seems that the process for creating Custom Metrics requires that they be based upon a Base Metric. User is a standard element within NetInsight, but there are no base metrics for this. Has anyone encountered this situation and found a solution? Unica Support suggests there is none.Thanks.See More

We are a relatively new NI user and we are noticing very slow performance for both update processing and report processing.Our NetInsight system has approx 3+ months of data in our primary profile. For example, there are approx 44M rows in the Views table for this profile.We update the database once per day. The updates are taking 7-8 hours.
